About Me
I talk with people who are holding it together —
and ready to stop doing it alone.
High-functioning, capable, and introspective people
who tend to carry more than they say out loud.
Not by giving them strategies.
Not by fixing or guiding or healing.
But by offering the kind of presence most people never get —
the kind that lets the body exhale, the swirl settle, and their own knowing come forward.
I’ve spent over a decade sitting with people in the real, raw, and often messy parts of life.
Not to hand them a plan. Not to fix or “optimize” anything.
Just to be with them — in a way that makes room for what’s true, and what’s next.
Before I ever did this work professionally, I lived through the kind of pressure that demands you stay composed and keep it in, no matter what.
Military.
Law enforcement.
Worlds where you hold it together, keep it moving, and push it all down.
I know what it’s like to override your body for years — and what it takes to come back.
My work isn’t about advice.
It’s about attention.
The kind that notices what’s actually going on under the surface —
and helps you come back to what you already know, but maybe stopped trusting.
I’m trained as an ICF-certified coach.
I’ve studied trauma work, parts work, somatics, facilitation.
But most of what I bring didn’t come from a training.
It came from sitting with the hard stuff — in myself and with others —
long enough to learn what actually helps people come home to themselves.
That’s what I offer now.
A space where you don’t have to perform.
Where you’re not being analyzed or improved.
Where you can bring whatever’s real —
and trust that it’ll be met with presence, not pressure.
If you’ve been circling something, holding something, or just needing someone who gets it —
you're in the right place.
And before we talk, you should probably know...
It is my opinion that Ghostbusters (the first one!) is some of the best comedy ever written.
I have a soft spot for every animal I meet, but German Shepherd Dogs will always be my favorite and #1.
To me, the ocean is medicine, and the woods feel like home.
My kind of workout is a tree branch and set of rings.
