About Will Ostoj

I don’t do guru.
I don’t do hype.
I don’t do self-help slogans dressed up as depth.

What I do is presence.
Contact.
The quiet, fierce kind of attention that doesn’t flinch when truth shows up in the room.

This isn’t mindset coaching. This isn’t “nervous system work.”
It’s the space between the two — where real shifts happen.

For over a decade, I’ve worked with people in the most tender, tangled, and often terrifying places of their human experience.

Not to fix them. But to be with them — so they could stop abandoning themselves in the moments that mattered most.

Over time, I've developed a way of working that trusts the body's intelligence more than techniques — and focuses on removing what's interfering with it instead of trying to add something new.

My clients are high-functioning. Hyper-introspective. Deeply trained in spiritual or therapeutic modalities.

They’ve seen the pattern. Named the trauma. Traced the timeline. Done the damn work.

But still — the spiral shows up.
The shutdown.
The old shame story.
The rage that makes no sense.

They don’t need more insight.
They need contact — in the moment the pattern takes over — so something new can finally happen.

That’s what this work does.

My background?

I'm an ICF-certified coach with deep, lived experience in somatic parts work, trauma resolution approaches, and embodied facilitation. While I don’t hold formal certifications in every modality I draw from, I’ve studied and practiced them directly — not just as concepts, but as felt, real-time experiences that have shaped my own healing and my work with clients.

But more than that — I’ve lived it.

I’ve walked myself out of the freeze. Out of the hypervigilance. Out of the shame spiral and the chronic self-abandonment that no one on the outside could see.

This work wasn’t a career move. It was a lifeline. And now, it’s what I offer back.

There’s nothing you need to prove here.
No version of yourself you need to perform.

Just a willingness to stop running from what’s already true.
And a guide by your side who won’t flinch when it finally shows up.
