How This Work Works
Most healing methods try to fix what you feel.
They tell you to reframe your thoughts.
Rewire your reactions.
Redirect your nervous system.
And while that can help — temporarily — it often reinforces the very pattern keeping you stuck:
The belief that you need to be different in order to be okay.
This work starts somewhere else entirely.
Not with managing symptoms — but with restoring your ability to feel, trust, and respond from your deepest inner knowing.
There are three interlocking pieces to how this happens:
1. Your body already knows what to do.
Most of us were taught to treat our body like a malfunctioning machine:
Track it. Tame it. Optimize it. Fix it.
